As a Solution Architect at XITASO, you are the driving force behind holistic software solutions that truly help our customers move forward. You combine technological depth with strategic vision. You understand our customers’ business world, translate complex requirements into viable architectures, and lead interdisciplinary teams from the initial concept through to production.

You are responsible for the conception and design of sustainable, scalable software architectures for complex digitalization projects in industry.
You are the main technical point of contact for our customers and work with stakeholders to shape a project’s technological vision - from the initial requirements analysis to the architectural design.
You evaluate, select, and combine technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, cloud-native) in a target-oriented and pragmatic manner.
You drive technical decisions forward, facilitate architecture workshops, and ensure that quality goals such as performance, security, scalability, and maintainability are consistently pursued.
You support the sales team in preparing offers and providing technical consulting to prospective customers - you identify customer needs and translate them into compelling solution proposals.
You promote the technical development of our teams by actively sharing your architectural knowledge through tech talks, reviews, and mentoring, and by serving as a role model.

Estas son tus cualidades

You have significant experience in software development and have been primarily responsible for designing architectures for complex, distributed systems.
You possess in-depth knowledge of common architectural approaches and patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, CQRS, hexagonal architecture) and know when each approach is useful.
You know where AI creates real value today and apply it strategically. At the same time, you have a clear vision of where software engineering is evolving with AI and can inspire and actively guide other XITASOnians along this path.
You have strong communication skills and can present technical content for diverse audiences - from the development team to customer management - in a clear and understandable way.
You bring experience in the design of solutions that are embedded in established system landscapes and interact with central enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, PIM, or MES. You understand the integration and interface challenges that arise in this context.
You possess very good German and English skills (min. C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.

Información salarial

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 64,000 – 90,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
