These tasks interest you
- You will have technical responsibility for the project and lead it to success with your cross-functional team of highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts, Agile coaches, and product owners.
- You are the technical contact person for our customers and work with your team to design long-lasting software architectures.
- You are responsible for the technical conception of new features for our customers. Together with other stakeholders, you will ensure that technicality and methodology (e.g. with use cases, user journey, domain model) are defined in a target-oriented manner.
- You encourage the development of your team colleagues by giving them room to grow, providing impulses and sharing your knowledge with others.
That makes you stand out
- Leadership, Ownership & Experience: You have approximately 7 years of practical experience in software development and take responsibility for the technical success of complex software projects. You provide guidance and make well-informed decisions with an eye on project goals and long-term implications. In doing so, you naturally work across traditional disciplinary boundaries.
- Communication: You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) and communicate complex technical concepts clearly, comprehensibly, and in a manner tailored to the target audience.
- Collaboration: You foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. You bring together different perspectives, facilitate technical discussions constructively, and create an environment where teams can work together to develop the best solutions.
- AI for Software Engineering: You use modern AI-powered development tools responsibly and effectively. In addition, you support teams in establishing and continuously refining appropriate use cases, procedures, and quality standards for AI in software engineering.
- Architecture & System Thinking: You actively help shape the technical direction of a project and develop sustainable architectural and design decisions for complex software systems. In doing so, you take technical, business, and organizational contexts into account.
- Code & Technical Excellence: Your excellent understanding of code helps you evaluate maintainability, readability, and sustainability. Even in large or unfamiliar codebases, you quickly identify opportunities for improvement as well as technical risks.
- Domain & Conceptual Understanding: You understand our customers’ business challenges and can derive technical solutions based on their actual business and user needs.
- Growth Mindset: You approach change with an open mind and actively support the team’s continued development. You thoughtfully evaluate new technologies, methods, and ways of working, and help harness their potential for client projects.

Salary information
Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 70,000 – 83,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
