We’re interested in a long-term collaboration. You can tailor your work style to suit your needs. We’re very flexible regarding your work location (office or hybrid). Ideally, you’ll support us for about 20 hours per week.

These tasks interest you

  • Our colleagues are also our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical questions and issues, answering user inquiries and resolving organization-specific technical problems.
  • You will work together with IT experts on the further development and operation of our IT infrastructure.
  • You will assist with the procurement, administration, and maintenance of our in-house hardware and software.
  • You will take responsibility for your tasks and work independently. Instead of waiting for instructions, you’ll identify areas that need attention, set priorities, and actively contribute your own ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • You always keep the big picture in mind: You understand how your work contributes to the success of the team and the company, and you focus your efforts not just on completing individual tasks, but on achieving sustainable results.
  • You actively help shape XITASO and, in particular, our IT community.

That makes you stand out

  • You are currently studying computer science or a related subject at a university or college.
  • You are passionate about topics related to IT administration and IT infrastructure.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and driving projects forward independently. Whether in your studies, in a community, a side project, or in the open-source environment, you have already organized tasks or projects on your own, made decisions, and taken responsibility for results.
  • You have initial experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra.
  • You have expertise in working with the Windows and Mac OS X operating systems and Linux, as well as knowledge of Atlassian tools.
  • You have experience in the areas of software development and hardware.
  • You have an organized and independent working style.
  • You are open-minded and, as a team player, foster open and respectful communication.
  • You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the pay for this position ranges from €15.50 to €19.50 per hour and is based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience.
