Diese Aufgaben interessieren Dich

Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team mit hochqualifizierten Software Engineers, UI/UX-Expert*innen und Product Ownern an qualitativ hochwertigen Software-Lösungen.
Mit Deinem Team konzeptionierst Du komplexe und vielseitige Software-Projekte und realisierst diese gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden.
Du lebst mit uns die agile Software-Entwicklung in Daily Scrums, Reviews bei Kunden und Retrospektiven mit Unterstützung unserer Agile Coaches.
Du gestaltest langlebige Software-Architekturen gemeinsam mit Deinem Team und setzt diese iterativ und inkrementell um.
Du setzt DevOps-Methoden ein, um schnell Mehrwert zu den Endnutzer*innen zu bringen und Feedback einzuholen.
Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert in Deinem Projektteam und übernimmst Verantwortung.

Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung.
Du findest Dich in unserem Technologie-Stack wieder und hast Lust, diesen zu erweitern.
Du besitzt ein breites Technologie- und Konzeptverständnis und verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen.
Du lebst hohe Qualität – dazu gehören für Dich Unit Tests, Code Reviews, Sauberer Code, Design Patterns, Refactoring, konzeptuelle Klarheit und modulare Architekturen.
Du arbeitest gerne an herausfordernden architektonischen Fragestellungen gemeinsam mit Deinem Team und Projekt-Stakeholdern.
Du coachst weniger erfahrene Kolleg*innen und hilfst ihnen auf dem Weg zum Senior Software Engineer.
Du kommunizierst offen und ehrlich, gibst konstruktive Kritik und nimmst Feedback an.
Für unser wachsendes Team in Málaga suchen wir Menschen, die ihre Rolle in spanischer und englischer Sprache ausüben können. Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber nicht Voraussetzung.

Gehaltsinformationen

Innerhalb unseres einheitlichen und transparenten Gehaltsframeworks ordnet sich das Bruttojahresgehalt der Position bei einer Spanne von 44.000 – 50.000 EUR ein und orientiert sich an verschiedenen Faktoren, wie Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts and product owners on high-quality software solutions.
You will help our customers to design and implement complex and versatile software projects.
You will live with us the agile software development in daily scrums, reviews with customers and retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
You design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
You use DevOps methods to quickly add value to end users and get feedback.
You will work self-organized in your project team and take on responsibility.

You have several years of practical experience in software development.
You find yourself in our technology stack and would like to expand it.
You have a broad understanding of technology and concepts and follow current developments.
You live high quality; what this includes for you is unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring, conceptual clarity, and modular architectures.
You enjoy working on challenging architectural issues together with your team and project stakeholders.
You coach less experienced colleagues and help them on their way to becoming a Senior Software Engineer.
You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, and accept feedback.
Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
For our growing team in Malaga, we are looking for people, who can perform their role in Spanish and English. German is a plus.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 44,000 – 50,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.

Te encuentras en nuestra pila tecnológica y tienes el deseo de ampliarla.
Tienes amplios conocimientos sobre tecnologías y conceptos y sigues las tendencias actuales.
Vives la alta calidad, lo que en tu caso incluye Unit Tests, Code Reviews, Clean Code, Design Patterns, Refactoring, claridad conceptual y arquitecturas modulares.
Disfrutas trabajando con tu equipo y las partes interesadas del proyecto en temas complejos y desafiantes relacionados con las arquitecturas.
Asumes el papel de coach o formador con compañeros menos experimentados y les ayudas en su camino para convertirse en Senior Software Engineer.
Te comunicas de forma abierta y honesta, aportas críticas constructivas y recibes y aceptas opiniones y comentarios del resto.
Para nuestro equipo en Málaga, buscamos personas, que puedan desempeñar su función en español e inglés. Se valorarán también conocimientos de alemán.

Información salarial

Acorde con nuestro marco salarial estándar y transparente, el salario bruto anual del puesto oscila entre 44.000 y 50.000 euros y se basa en diversos factores, como las cualificaciones y la experiencia.
