Working closely with your colleagues in sales and software development, you’ll play a central role: Together, you’ll identify new opportunities, convince customers of our expertise, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.

These tasks interest you

  • You are responsible for the sales of customized software services.
  • You follow technology trends in these sectors with great enthusiasm.
  • As an experienced networker, you establish contacts with potential new clients and maintain existing relationships.
  • You proactively seek dialogue with experts both within and outside your own company.
  • You analyze market trends and develop innovative solution concepts in close collaboration with clients and our interdisciplinary teams.
  • You consistently build and strengthen stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and associations, and regularly participate in events where you actively and confidently represent XITASO.
  • You conduct contract and pricing negotiations through to the closing of the deal.

That makes you stand out

  • You have several years of experience in sales of customized softwareas well as in business development.
  • You are interested in the medical technology, mechanical engineering, and robotics industries, among others.
  • You enjoy reaching out to people and discussing technical challenges and opportunities for innovation with them.
  • You are willing to travel to strengthen customer relationships and foster team spirit through in-person meetings.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) for clear communication within the team and with our partners.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 80,000 - 120,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
