Every day, we inspire our customers with high-end software engineering in complex digital transformation projects. Together with you, we want to shape the digital transformation in the public sector to improve people’s daily lives with excellent digital solutions.

Working closely with your colleagues in sales and software development, you’ll play a key role with a wide range of responsibilities in business development. You’ll attract new clients in the public sector, build lasting client relationships, and work with the team to unlock new business opportunities.

As part of a self-organized, interdisciplinary team, you will drive the further expansion of our business in the public sector.
Together with the team, you will be responsible for the full range of sales activities and will coordinate the bid process for public sector tenders.
You will nurture and develop sustainable relationships with customers, partners, and associations by actively seeking dialogue and building strong consortia.
You will regularly participate in events and represent XITASO confidently and persuasively to external audiences.
You will research market and technology trends, thereby supporting the strategic development and positioning of our Public Sector business unit.

Estas son tus cualidades

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
You have several years of experience in business development or key account management in the public sector.
You have a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and technical concepts, and ideally, you are familiar with the IT services industry.
You enjoy interacting with people and possess exceptional communication skills.
You are willing to travel occasionally to strengthen client relationships and foster personal interaction within the team.
You have very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
